Remote Online Notarization (RON) is a process that enables individuals to complete a notarization remotely through an electronic device and secure internet connection, offering a convenient and efficient alternative to in-person notarization.

The signer must provide valid unexpired united states identification card showing proof of identity. This can include a drivers license, US passport, or state identification card. Permanent resident card and military ID is currently not accepted.

Smartphone or a laptop computer is required to complete a remote online notarization. The signers electronic device will need audio/video capabilities to meet with the notary online in the RON platform. This is a state required regulation.

A reliable and secure internet connection is essential for a smooth remote online notary appointment. Make sure to have a strong and stable connection before your appointment to avoid any technical issues. We highly suggest the use of Google Chrome internet browser for best results.
How It Works
1) You will upload a copy of your document with either your smart phone, tablet or your computer.
2) Next we will "tag" the items for signatures and ensure that the document is ready for signatures.
3) We will schedule the two-way audio-visual call.
4) You will get an invite for the meeting to access the call that pairs with phone, tablet or laptop
5) We will then get you ID Verified with either a US Issued passport, Drivers License or state issue
6) We perform the notary through the two-way audio/visual recorded call.
7) You will receive an invoice for your service and once paid your documents will be sent via email
